In keeping within their construction program the developer currently needs to sell one more unit to achieve target therefore offers would be seriously considered. Payment program would be 50% down, 25% mid August and the balance (25%) upon delivery around mid November.
Punta Vista Signature is the third and final development in the highly successful Punta Vista condominiums.
